Jennifer, the dental nurse and her friend Roo came to visit today. She had some very important messages about cleaning our teeth. Remember - if you want a healthy smile -
Brush with and dry brush and don't rinse after you clean your teeth.
Keep sweets and fizzy drinks for mealtimes only.
Visit the dentist every 6 months.
