Working in pairs, one person had milk chocolate and the other had white chocolate. We had several chocolate buttons each. We had to melt the chocolate using the bend in our arm at the elbow, between our palms and sitting on it. (The chocolate buttons were in little plastic bags) Lastly, we got to melt a chocolate button in our mouth. We timed how long it took each button to melt and compared it to the other type of chocolate at the end. It was a really fun experiment and definately worth repeating again... to compare results ofcourse ;)
