Welcome to P3B!

We have a total of 28 children in our class - 12 girls and 16 boys. 

Throughout the year we will cover many areas of the Northern Ireland Curriculum in our themes 'Hey, Hey, Look at Me!', 'Yum, Yuck' and 'It's a Bugs Life!'.

In Year 3 we have a very busy, exciting and fun filled timetable each day.  Here is just a small section of our weekly timetable

Monday - Assembly, PE and Choir

Tuesday - Activity Based Learning (ABL)

Wednesday - Activity Based Learning (ABL)

Thursday - ICT and Library

Friday - Spelling test and Practical Maths

HELPFUL REMINDERS

• Homework is given out on a Monday - spellings are to be practised every night at home for Friday spelling test; a numeracy or literacy task is to be done, in the Homework Book, and returned on a Friday.
• Please ensure your child has plimsolls for PE
• Label your child's coat, sweatshirt, lunch bag and purse

• Reading
• Guided reading is done every day in school
• Grapes & Bananas - Monday
• Pears & Kiwis - Tuesday
• Blueberries - Wednesday
• Strawberries & Bananas - Thursday
• PLEASE PRACTICE READING AT HOME, 10-15mins MON to THURS
